How to Build a Life Without Limits

I was out last time with friends at a restaurant, and I ordered a medium-rare steak, and they brought me well-done chicken. I was surprised to see a plate filled with well-done chicken instead and I just ate it. Who cares, it was just a meal.

It’s the same with everything else. If someone cuts me off in traffic and then flips me off, I just think, wow, that’s what’s stressing you out? If traffic is your biggest worry, you’re not going far in life.

The truth is that we often get upset over unnecessary matters, like a friend didn’t invite you to the mall, or because someone cut you off, or because you think someone was rude to you - you’re focusing on the wrong things. And if you focus on small things, you’ll live a small life.

Shift your energy toward solving bigger problems, and you’ll start accomplishing bigger things in life.

Your excuses are just stories you keep telling yourself - until they become the bars of your own cage.

To avoid becoming a prisoner in your own life, start facing the hard truth:

“Someday” is just code for never.

“Busy” is the anthem of the uncommitted.

“I can’t” is the lie that steals dreams.

You have two choices:

- Keep decorating your prison.

- Or break out and build something legendary. The choice is yours.

One thing you always need to remember; the biggest mistake a person can do is to give up. You might not become the absolute best version of yourself in this lifetime, but you can become a better one than you are right now.
